Include a photocopy of your driver’s license or other unexpired
government issued photo identification (State picture ID, Military picture or passport) |

Enclose a check in the amount of $25 payable to Edina Schools Credit Union. The $25 is required to establish your membership share (savings) account and must remain in your account to maintain your membership | |

Mail the completed Membership Application and the above required
